1. Services Provided

The Green Remedy provides medical cannabis certification services through licensed healthcare professionals. We offer evaluations, documentation assistance, and support with state-required applications.

Our services do not include the sale or distribution of cannabis products. We are not responsible for approval or denial by the state’s medical marijuana program, although we do offer full assistance to ensure a smooth and complete application process.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or have a legal guardian present during the evaluation. By using our website and booking a service, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

3. Pricing and Payments

Service fees are clearly outlined at the time of booking. Discounts may apply for Medicaid, Medicare, SSI, SSDI, EBT recipients, and veterans. A deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment.

All payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered or appointments missed without appropriate notice.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a forfeited deposit. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

5. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including attempting to access or tamper with systems, submit false information, or infringe on our intellectual property, may result in termination of access.
